Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development
Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will
have a strong understanding of software and technology solutions, with a
passion for client engagement, lead generation, and closing business deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and build a
strong pipeline.
• Pitch products/services effectively over the phone to prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions to drive sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and close sales.
• Update CRM/database regularly with customer details and interaction
history.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support.
• Participate in sales training, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to
improve performance.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA
preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B IT Sales (preferably in software
services, SAS, SaaS, or custom development).
• Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
• Ability to travel locally as required.
